Our Story
Founded in 1998, Turboroto started as a small business offering mechatronic system integration and consulting in silicon valley. with strong concentration on electro magnetic and electro optical over the last decade. we are holding multiple patent on DC motors, brushed, brushless, our service include license, design and retrofit traditional DC motor and fabrication eDC.
What is eDC?
eDC motor is an reversed traditional DC motor, the roles of the stator and rotor are reversed. Unlike conventional DC motors, where the stator provides the magnetic field and the rotor contains the armature windings, the eDC motor features a rotor that carries the magnetic field—either using permanent magnets or wound field coils—while the stationary stator houses the armature windings. This configuration allows the motor to generate a rotating magnetic field through commutation, similar to a conventional DC motor but with significant improvements in modularity and maintainability.
